Borajet Check-in 

Check-in must be completed at least 30 minutes before flight time on domestic flights and 45 minutes before flight time on international flights. Passengers wishing to check-in online before arriving at the airport can do so from 24 hours before the flight time up to 2 hours before the flight.

Borajet - Rules for Baggage Allowance

The free baggage allowance at Borajet is 15 kg for domestic flights, 20 kg for international flights and 30 kg for flights to Germany. The weight of hand luggage may not exceed 8 kg. It is recommended that you put a sticker with your name and address on your luggage. Please note the liquid limit for your hand luggage. If you have heavy objects to transport, the call center will provide you with relevant information.

Borajet Seat Selection

You can choose your seat while buying your ticket for a surcharge or check in no later than 2 hours before the flight. On your connecting flights, you can buy a separate seat for each ticket. In the event of a ticket change, the change will be made automatically as long as there is a seat on the new flight. However, if there is no vacancy and no change is possible, the price of the seat will be refunded.

Borajet Catering

Borajet aims to provide high quality services to all air travel passengers. In contrast to some airlines, all catering at Borajet is offered free of charge. Smoking is not permitted on the aircraft.
