From the airport to the city centre
There are a total of three airports in Paris, two large and one small. These are Charles de Gaulle Airport, also known as Roissy, Orly Airport and Beauvais Airport. Charles de Gaulle (Roissy) Airport
The CDG coded airport is the largest airport in the city, known locally as Roissy. This is usually organized by international airlines. RER is one of the most widely used methods for airport transportation. You can reach the city centre in around 40 minutes from the RER stop at Terminal 3 at the airport. The TGV trains at Terminal 2 are on the other side of the street.
If you are looking for a quick and comfortable alternative to transportation, you can opt for a taxi. However, you may have to pay extra for luggage. Depending on the taxi, you can reach the city centre in 35-45 minutes.
If you've bought a cheap Paris flight ticket, you can use public transport to get to the city centre. From Terminal 2 you can choose the Air France shuttle bus, which leaves every 30 minutes and reaches the city in 50 minutes. About 1 hour from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 you can use the Roissy bus alternative to reach the city centre. Noctilien buses will become your public transport choice once you land at the airport overnight. Bus lines 350, 351 and 19 are preferred for transit journeys.
Rent a car
If you want to travel with a car in Paris, you can visit the car rental companies at the airport. However, access to Parisian streets and tourist attractions is not very convenient. We therefore advise you to take the metro, buses, bicycles or hiking, which offer you the most economical and almost all-round access to city traffic.
Orly Airport is a landing place mainly for low-cost airlines. For example, if you are thinking of booking the cheapest Paris flight, you will likely land at Orly Airport. There are two terminals for western flights and international flights for domestic flights. You have several alternatives to get from the airport to the city centre.

Beauvais train station is close to the airport. To get there you have to take a bus or taxi ride which takes about 15 minutes. It takes about 1 hour to get to Paris by train.
