Rwanda is a country located on the African continent. It is bordered by Tanzania to the east, Uganda to the north, the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the west, and Burundi to the south. The capital of the country is Kigali and the majority of the population lives in this city.

The official language of Rwanda is Kinyarwanda. English and French are also widely used. The population of the country consists mostly of the Hutu and Tutsi ethnic groups, with the Twa ethnic group making up a small minority. The country is trying to recover after the 1994 genocide.

The economy is generally based on agriculture. Coffee, tea, bananas, beans, as well as tobacco and cotton are important agricultural products. Tourism has also become an important part of the economy.

Rwanda is one of the countries with the highest population density in Africa. The climate is generally temperate and has a tropical climate in lower elevations except in higher elevations. The country is partially mountainous, and temperatures are lower in higher elevations.

Tourist places in the country include national parks such as Volcanoes National Park, Nyungwe Forest, and Akagera National Park with their natural beauties. The Ntarama Church, one of the historic sites of the country, can be visited to understand the events during the genocide.
