I received and entered my 3D code, but the process could not be completed. What do you want me to do?

Error messages can have different causes:

  • As a cardholder, make sure that you have entered the security code and not the reference number.
  • Make sure that you have correctly entered this 3- or 4-digit security code on the back of your card into your Internet browser.
  • Try the same process again with a different browser. If you still have problems, contact us: +43 1 909 45 00 . Please note that you have to pay a service fee of 15 euros per person and ticket for the ticket purchase by phone.
